Our Neighbourhood

Our friendly neighborhood is perfectly nestled right next to Norquay Park, which boasts a pair of softball diamonds, a soccer field, a water spray park, and a playground, making it a hub for activity and fun.

To our north, you'll find Slocan Park, with its four tennis courts, a soccer field, an ultimate field, and a wading pool. Further north, you'll discover the Renfrew Ravine Rim Trail and the Renfrew Community Park. In the park is the Renfrew Park Community Center, Vancouver's Public Library's Renfrew Branch, and an assortment of amenities. Enjoy a game of ball hockey, take your dog for a romp in the off-leash dog park, swim a few laps in the indoor pool, kick a football around, or explore the playground. For the sports enthusiasts, there are lacrosse boxes, a softball diamond, and another wading pool.

Further to the south, we have Earles Park, Nanaimo Park, and the bustling Killarney Community Center. Killarney is a one-stop recreation center providing a wide variety of amenities. It hosts a fitness center for your health and wellness needs, a pool to beat the summer heat, an ice rink for winter fun, and a welcoming senior center, ensuring there's something for everyone. What a lovely area to call home!

Cycle options

Our neighbourhood is very bike-friendly. The Slocan and Gladstone Street routes provides easy access North, while the route on 37th takes you West across Vancouver. The BC Parkway heads to Burnaby and Surrey.

Our block

Duke Street is growing in density, with a few new 4-storey buildings on our block having recently been developed.

Existing homes

These are a few of the 4 homes that we will be redeveloping.
Please note that the owners put their homes up for sale independent of our development - no one is being kicked out of their homes!

Near our location, on the corner of Earles and Kingsway from the Purdy's building there is another development project. If you are interested in what your neighbours will be, check out their website to learn more. https://www.liveatframe.com/
